Dispatcher - Security

Job Summary:

The Security Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating communication between security personnel, emergency services, and other relevant parties to ensure the safety and security of all Breakers personnel and property. They monitor alarms, CCTV, and other security systems, dispatch security personnel to incidents, and maintain detailed logs of all activities. Effective communication, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are crucial for this role. Candidate must be able to work OVERNIGHT 3rd shift schedule including weekends and holidays.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a dispatch, security, or emergency response role.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to relay information clearly and effectively.

- Proficiency in using security systems such as alarms and CCTV.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- Problem-solving skills to address security incidents efficiently.

- Capacity to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in CPR, First Aid, or other relevant emergency response training.

- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to security operations.


Responsibilities:
