We’re seeking the right candidate for the position of Admissions Coordinator at Chadwick Community Care Center. In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

 

What You Bring to the Table:

Essential Qualifications: 

  • Organize referrals and coordinate with team members to process in an efficient, timely manner
  • Listen and communicate with hospital staff, physicians, families, and residents to understand needs
  • Data Entry into CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database 

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Mississippi LPN Licensure - Highly preferred
  • Prior health care experience is greatly preferred.
  • >1 yr of administrative/office experience preferred.
  • Must have strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask.
