ROLE OVERVIEW/SUMMARY:  

We are looking for a Clinical Success Specialist to join our teamYou will help support the rapid growth of the Spark and Digital Orthodontic business unit of Envista. This role will be a first point of contact for new Spark customers, ensuring successful onboarding and utilization through collaboration with internal partners.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Responsible for successful clinical onboarding of new customers 

  • Education for the doctors on our internal systems, processes and protocols for Spark case design 

  • Responsible for clinical communication with the doctors on initial set of treatments during onboarding, with a focus on understanding their treatment preferences to ensure successful case design   

  • Responsible for facilitating case revisions for our new Spark users during their onboarding period 

  • Primary point of contact for initial clinical support for new customers 

  • Responsible for coordination of the main metrics for the doctors 

  • Tracking and monitoring case revisions, refinements, case scores and comments  

  • Proactive communication with internal and  external stakeholders 

  • Ensuring successful adoption and utilization of Spark in the customer’s practice during the onboarding period 

  • Responsible for creating training materials for assigned designers and providing tools for them to understand the new customer's design preferences and workflow fully 

Job Requirements:

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery, or Dental Medicine or Equivalent
  • 3+ years experience as orthodontist or dentist
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Able to work in cross-functional, matrixed environment
  • Full Bilingual English/Spanish with strong effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence across the organization
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time, including internationally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Orthodontist   
  • Experience in treating patients with clear aligners systems
  • Experience in customer service and sales
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills especially in Outlook
