About This Role

负责新产品开发项目全生命周期管理，带领跨职能团队高效交付项目，包括但不限于项目沟通、工程开发管理、制造可行性评估、生产过程与质量控制，以及其他项目运营中的关键问题。

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of new product development projects, leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently. This includes, but is not limited to, project communication, engineering development management, manufacturing feasibility assessment, production process and quality control, and other critical operational issues within projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. 项目全生命周期管理：同时负责2个或以上新产品开发项目，主导新产品从概念，设计开发，试产，验证到量产及爬坡的全过程，确保项目按计划完成。
2. 跨职能团队领导：管理日常沟通，主持项目例会，确保团队清晰理解项目要求、质量标准和交付目标。
3. 核心沟通与汇报：定期参加与海外团队的项目会议，及时沟通项目设计或计划信息。组织项目各阶段报告会议，向管理层及干系人清晰、透明地汇报项目进展、里程碑及核心指标。
4. 工程开发管理：领导跨职能工程团队进行产品设计、开发及验证，确保设计符合产品需求，技术规格及安规要求。
5. 制造可行性评估：主导新产品设计的制造可行性和测试可行性评估，推动设计优化以实现最佳可制造性。
6. 生产过程与质量控制：在试产和量产阶段，监督生产流程，协同运营团队解决生产制程问题、良率提升和产品质量问题。
7. 运营与供应链协同：监控整个新产品导入过程中的物料准备状况，识别并解决供应链瓶颈，确保生产连续性。

1. End-to-End Project Lifecycle Management:

Oversee two or more new product development projects concurrently, leading the entire process from concept, design, development, trial runs, validation, mass production and ramp-up. Ensure projects are completed on schedule.

1. Cross-Functional Team Leadership:

Manage day-to-day communication, host regular project meetings, and ensure the team has a clear understanding of project requirements, quality standards, and delivery goals.

1. Core Communication and Reporting:

Participate in regular project meetings with overseas teams, facilitating timely communication of design and planning updates. Organize phase-gate review meetings and provide clear, transparent reports to management and stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and key metrics.

1. Engineering Development Management:

Lead cross-functional engineering teams in product design, development and validation to ensure compliance with product requirements, technical specifications and safety regulations.

1. Manufacturing Feasibility Assessment:

Drive manufacturing and test feasibility evaluations for new product designs. Promote design optimization to achieve best-in-class manufacturability.

1. Production Process and Quality Control:

During trial runs and mass production phases, monitor manufacturing processes and collaborate with operations teams to resolve process issues, improve yield and address product quality concerns.

1. Operations and Supply Chain Coordination:

Monitor material readiness throughout the New Product Introduction (NPI) process. Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks to ensure production continuity.

Basic Qualifications

• Education Background (Major, certificate and etc)

全日制大学本科或以上，电子工程类相关专业毕业。

Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics Engineering or a related field.

• Working Experience

5年以上在消费电子/汽车电子行业从事新产品开发项目管理的实战经验。具备国际项目管理经验，能够与全球多元文化团队高效协作。

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in New Product Development (NPD) project management within the consumer electronics/automotive electronics industry. Proven experience in international project management and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with global, multicultural teams.

• Critical Skills

持有PMP、ACP或同类国际认可的项目管理认证。精通项目管理方法论，熟练使用项目管理工具，扎实的技术理解力。

具有较强的组织协调能力，良好的表达能力与沟通技巧。

态度积极，客观公正，严谨踏实，责任心强，不推诿，有良好的服务意识及团队精神。

性格乐观，能承受较大的工作压力。具有较强的自主学习与内驱力。

Possession of PMP, ACP or other internationally recognized project management certifications. Proficient in project management methodologies and tools with solid technical acumen.

Strong organizational and coordination skills, excellent expression and communication abilities.

• Computer Skills

熟练使用Excel、Power Point、Project, Minitab等相关软件， 能熟练完成各种总结、分析报告。

Proficient in using software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Minitab, etc., with the ability to skillfully complete various summary and analysis reports.

• Language Abilities

英语四级以上，流利的英语沟通能力，发音准确。

CET-4 or above, with fluent English communication skills and accurate pronunciation.
