One Step Forward is hiring a Bilingual ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician to work with children in Newark and surrounding areas. This role focuses on providing one on one ABA therapy while supporting Spanish speaking families through clear communication and consistency.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions
- Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Use play based and structured ABA strategies
- Support communication, behavior, and daily living skills
- Collect data and complete session notes
- Communicate with caregivers in both Spanish and English
