POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Receiving Supervisor, this position will be responsible for receiving incoming material and verifying contents.

- $1,000 Sign-on bonus; 50% paid after 30 days, and 50% paid after 6 months of employment

- Candidates relocating from more than 50 miles from Red Bud, IL facility are eligible for a $5,000 relocation bonus to help cover moving expenses. Employees must remain employed for 12 months to retain the relocation bonus.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check-in, match, count, and stock all incoming material.
- Unload and receive materials in accordance with the receiving standard operating procedure.
- Report any discrepancies to the Receiving Specialist and assist appropriately.
- Pack, seal, and return materials in a timely manner.
- Serve as point person for employees who need items from the cage.
- Regular attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.
- Conduct activities in a safe and healthy manner and work in accordance with established safety and company requirements.
Qualifications:
KNOWLEDGE/ SKILL/ ABILITY/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred.
- One (1) year of shipping & receiving experience is preferred.
- Forklift experience is required.
- Required tool list: tape measure and folding utility knife.
- Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills are required.
- Must be able to learn and utilize company specific software.
- Great organization skills and attention to detail are required.
- High level of energy and motivation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including, but not limited to, frequent and mandatory overtime and some weekends required.
- Must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment.
