Your role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the global digital presence of all Embla Medical brands.
You’ll take hands-on ownership of key digital marketing channels, drive performance-oriented paid media campaigns, elevate our search visibility through SEO, and coordinate closely with external agencies to ensure smooth and impactful execution across markets.

In this role, you’ll translate our leadership’s digital strategy into focused, results-driven initiatives that accelerate customer acquisition and maximize engagement, while collaborating with an international, cross-functional team.

Your accountabilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize global digital campaigns across paid and organic channels.

  • Paid Media (SEM & Social): Manage day-to-day operations, performance, and budget pacing for Google SEM and Meta Paid Social campaigns.

  • SEO:  Implement technical, on-page, and off-page SEO initiatives to strengthen organic visibility and search rankings.

  • Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on digital channel and campaign performance, delivering insights to the Digital Marketing Lead and key stakeholders.

  • Agency Management: Act as the main point of contact for external agencies, overseeing deliverables, performance, and workflow.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product Management, and other teams to ensure digital activities support broader business and product launch goals.

What do you need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital campaign execution, with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, and Paid Social.

  • Proven ability to manage and optimize paid media budgets to meet performance goals.

  • Experience collaborating with and coordinating external agencies.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in key digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO platforms).

  • Experience working in an international environment, allowing smooth collaboration across regions and diverse teams.

  • Fluency in English, enabling effective communication in a multinational environment.
