We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead business-facing analytics initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance. This role will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating business needs into data-driven insights and enabling informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with analytics expertise and has experience working in complex, data-rich environments—preferably within semiconductor or high-tech industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary analytics partner to senior stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance leadership
  • Translate business questions and strategic objectives into actionable analytics initiatives
  • Analyze Sales, Product, and Order data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting business performance
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive presentations to support decision-making
  • Build and manage a prioritized roadmap of analytics and reporting initiatives aligned with business goals
  • Identify gaps in data availability, quality, and visibility; recommend solutions to improve analytics capabilities
  • Partner with data engineering and IT teams to define requirements and ensure delivery of scalable data solutions
  • Apply industry knowledge (semiconductor / FPGA preferred) to contextualize insights and support commercial decision-making
  • Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis and reporting
