Job Description
We
are looking for an AppOps Application Administrator to join a large-scale data
centre migration programme supporting critical payment processing systems. This
is a production-critical role focused on ensuring stability, continuity, and
reliability of application environments during migration activities. The
platform supports high-volume transaction processing in card issuing and
acquiring systems, operating in near real-time environments with strict
requirements around availability and performance.


Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and maintain application environments
    supporting payment systems

  • Monitor application performance, stability, and operational
    continuity

  • Support application servers and resolve incidents or operational
    issues

  • Verify and implement production changes in controlled environments
  • Participate in application migration activities within the data
    centre programme

  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and
    international stakeholders

  • Support environment setup, configuration, and access preparation
    for migration phases

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues impacting application
    environments

  • Maintain
    documentation and operational knowledge in Confluence


Requirements

  • Experience in application operations or application administration roles
  • Experience supporting environments during infrastructure or data centre
    migrations

  • Strong scripting skills in at least one of the following: Perl, PowerShell,
    Shell, Bash, or Python

  • Experience working with PL/SQL or T-SQL
  • Understanding of application infrastructure including networking, load
    balancing, TLS, and resilience

  • Experience supporting high-availability transaction systems
  • Knowledge of monitoring, performance optimisation, and reliability in
    transactional environments

  • Strong collaboration skills in international team setups
  • Fluent Polish and
    English

Nice to have
  • Experience in payments, acquiring, or card
    processing environments

  • Exposure to large-scale enterprise transformation
    programmes

  • Experience working with middleware or integration
    layers

  • Familiarity
    with release management and change governance processes
