They will assist with the planning and execution of the event, including helping organize materials, supporting invitations and guest lists, assisting with event setup, and being part of the team that ensures everything runs smoothly the evening of the event. This is a great opportunity to see how a fundraising event comes together from start to finish.

They will also support event efforts more broadly, including helping with party planning, managing materials, and assisting at events where the car is displayed. They will help sell raffle tickets, interact with guests, and contribute to creating a welcoming and engaging experience.

Assist with creative tasks such as drafting invitations, creating flyers or signage, and helping with content for donor communications.

A good eye and strong writing skills would be very helpful.

An organized, detail oriented, reliable, and willing to take ownership of their work. This role will touch many areas and provide a great opportunity to gain experience in event planning, fundraising, and working within the Office of the President.
