Job Summary: MODLOGIQ is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to work in our New Holland PA office/plant to oversee and manage modular construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

The role involves overseeing modular construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on delivering high-quality, sustainable, and efficient buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:
Project Planning and Coordination: Developing project plans, budgets, and timelines, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Site and Quality Management: Overseeing on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and high-quality standards.
Budget and Risk Management: Monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying and mitigating potential project risks.
Client Communication and Team Leadership: Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, and leading and motivating the project team.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have:
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, specifically with a focus on modular construction.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, safety regulations, and proficiency in project management software.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
A PMP certification or equivalent is considered a plus.
