ROMA Scaffolding is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Determine and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Forecast resources needed to complete projects successfully
- Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and submit Schedule of Values (SOV) based on project scope and resources
- Manage project costs to maintain budget objectives
- Oversee contracts and subcontract agreements
- Develop and manage construction schedules and daily activities
- Provide progress updates regarding budgets, timelines, and project milestones
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building and safety codes
- Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
- Coordinate project efforts between architects, engineers, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry
- Experience working with New York City public agencies is a strong plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Familiarity with construction/project management software
- Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
- Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control project costs
- Strong knowledge of contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus

Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000 annually
