Resumen This role focuses on driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting production processes, and leading root cause analysis to reduce defects and enhance overall product quality. Responsabilidades Main Responsibilities: Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with company policies and applicable standards (e.g., ISO 9001). Lead root cause analysis using tools such as 8D, Fishbone Diagram, and 5 Whys. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics (scrap, rework, yield, customer complaints). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain) to resolve quality issues. Participate in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Review and approve control plans, PFMEA, and process documentation. Provide support during new product introductions (NPI) and process validations. Ensure proper use of statistical tools such as SPC for process control and improvement. Train production personnel on quality standards and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing quality environment. Strong knowledge of quality tools (SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, Root Cause Analysis). Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems. Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving methodologies. Intermediate to advanced English communication skills (spoken and written). Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
