ACTIVITIES


Payroll preparation and processing



  • Assist in processing payroll for the company’s employees.

  • Input and update payroll data in the system, including hours worked, benefits, and deductions.

  • Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies before final submission

  • Manages sickness and provident fund files with the insurer


Record keeping and reporting



  • Maintain accurate payroll records for future references and audits.

  • Prepare payroll-related reports as directed by the Payroll Manager.

  • Assist in year-end processing and reconciliation of payroll records.


 Compliance and verification:



  • Help ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.

  • Check the data entered according to the defined internal process

  • Participate in audits and reviews by providing necessary payroll data.

  • Keep up to date with the latest payroll processing changes and standards.

  • Filling and storing data in accordance with GDPR compliance standards


Employee records management



  • Produces time and attendance systems (certificates, attestations,.) before transmission to the sites

  • Carries out post-payroll operations (declarations, accounting)

  • Enters or loads EVP (time and attendance system interface, AG)

  • Produce summaries (queries) for control purposes...,

  • Provide level 2 support to the HR department on employee issues


PROFILE



  • Accountant, LAE, economic and administrative areas

  • Payroll processing experience 2-3 years

  • English – intermediate level (desirable)

  • Revolution/Tress payroll system experience (requisite)

  • Excel – Advance level, Microsoft tools
