ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Litigation Paralegal to play a critical role in driving case strategy and execution within our dynamic practice group. In this position, you’ll operate with a high level of autonomy, delivering sophisticated organizational, research, and analytical support across complex matters. From managing case details to uncovering key insights, your contributions will directly impact outcomes and client success.   • Manage complex litigation matters, applying strong organizational, research, and analytical skills
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and implementing efficient workflows
  • Review and analyze documents; conduct factual and procedural research to support case strategy
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and case materials
  • Maintain and organize case files, documents, and data (including eDiscovery platforms)
  • Coordinate document collection, review, and production processes
  • Support all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial or resolution
  • Assist with court filings, including cite-checking, Bluebook compliance, and exhibit preparation
  • Support depositions and trial preparation, including witness materials and exhibit management
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather information and resources
  • Mentor and guide junior paralegals and temporary staff as needed
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing practices.
 

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant litigation or comparable experience
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple priorities under pressure
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and support client service goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Flexibility to work overtime and travel as needed

Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, overtime as applicable, health/welfare benefits, retirement contributions, paid holidays, and PTO. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: local market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience; and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.

 

San Francisco, Palo Alto salary range: $128k to $179k

Seattle, Los Angeles, San Diego salary range: $122k to $169k
