Job Summary: The Maintenance Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all maintenance activities within our non-union beverage manufacturing facility. This position serves as the central point of coordination between production, maintenance technicians, engineering, and third-party contractors to facilitate timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and tracking maintenance work orders, managing spare parts and inventory systems, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. By maintaining detailed documentation and leveraging CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), this role ensures minimal equipment downtime and supports operational excellence. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
