Shipping & Receiving / Parts Warehouse Associate
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking team member to join our Parts Department in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment. This role is critical to keeping our dealership running efficiently and requires consistent movement, lifting, and hands-on work throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload daily truck deliveries (including large and heavy automotive parts such as tires, wheels, and equipment)
- Accurately check in, sort, and stock incoming parts orders
- Move parts throughout the warehouse and maintain proper bin locations
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory management
- Handle vendor returns, warranty returns, and core inventory
- Deliver and pick up parts from local vendors and customers as needed
- Support all aspects of parts department operations as requested
- Availability to work Saturdays is required
Physical Requirements (Important):
- This is a highly physical role requiring constant standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the entire shift
- Must be able to regularly lift 50–70 lbs and occasionally more with assistance
- Frequent handling of bulky and awkward items such as tires and large parts
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under time deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous warehouse, parts, or delivery experience preferred (dealership experience a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
