Job Description

 

  • Owns and manages the customer experience for large (Maha) customers
  • End to end responsibility for customer experience/ essential services
  • Manager customer experience in compliance with all company procedures
  • Manages the end to end shipment process in compliance with all company procedures.
  • Owns all customer issues and facilitates their timely and effective solution by engaging relevant internal stakeholders. 
  • Identify and attract prospective strategic customers
  • Collect and analyze sales data and trends
  • Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales
  • Publish regular insights reports to measure and track KPIs against benchmarks.
  • Lead analytics presentations to business stakeholders.
  • Create customer performance dashboards and present RCA of performance metrics, per customer, that are failing for service intervention
  • Leverage CX data to identify opportunities to improve customer service and customer experience.
