Maintenance Person full-time

Evergreen is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team full-time. This role is vital in keeping our facilities safe, functional, and welcoming for everyone who uses them. Bring your knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and home repair skills to our welcoming atmosphere!

The shift is from 8:00a.m.- 5:00p.m. On-call schedule required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete a variety of work orders, including:
    • General repairs and preventative maintenance
    • Life safety and compliance inspections
    • Event setups and teardowns
    • Garbage and recycling collection
    • Moving furniture
  • Travel between multiple locations (valid driver�s license required)
  • Participate in snow removal and other weather-related maintenance, including after-hours and on-call work

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using smartphones and computers to track and manage work orders and research fixes
  • Professionalism, accountability and a teamwork mindset
  • Able to use a step ladder

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus (Not certified? No problem � we�ll cover the cost for the right candidate to obtain this within the first six months!)

Compensation

  • Pay range: $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience
