About the Role:
Latham & Watkins is seeking a highly qualified M&A Associate to join our Milan office. The ideal candidate will have minimum 1 up to 5 years (PQE) in mergers and acquisitions, with a strong focus on cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, and related corporate governance matters. This role involves acting as counsel for clients in complex M&A transactions, providing comprehensive legal advice, and collaborating with a global team to deliver seamless service across jurisdictions. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Italian corporate law, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and fluency in Italian and English. Admission to the Italian Bar is required.
