As a
Therapist at PGS, you will deliver compassionate psychiatric
care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care
settings. You will work autonomously while staying connected
to a robust clinical and administrative support team.

✔ State licensure as a Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or Clinical Social Worker (MD, DC, VA, PA, or NJ required)
