POSITION SUMMARY: Quality Engineers serve as technical owners of equipment- and process-specific quality performance within the organization. Each Quality Engineer is assigned to critical focus areas within our suite of Mechanical and Electrical systems (e.g., Pumps, Blenders, Power Systems, Electrical, Supply Chain, Maintenance, or Manufacturing) and is responsible for driving reliability, consistency, and improvement across that domain. This role ensures that root cause investigations lead to systemic solutions, not repeated failures — and that quality is built into our systems from design to deployment.

  • Develops and maintains Best Practices (BPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions for assigned category.

  • Partners with Operations, Asset Integrity, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering on quality-related initiatives.

  • Implement quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, and risk assessments to reduce the recurrence of failures.

  • Monitors adherence, trends, and systemic quality KPIs using audit and incident data from the QMS.

  • Supports QMS development through documentation hierarchy and alignment with QMS integration.
