Location: Olympia, WA

Compensation: $62.00 – $70.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

The Role:

As our Dental Hygienist, you are a primary educator and a key provider in our clinical team. You won't just be "cleaning teeth"-you'll be helping our patients understand the vital link between oral health and total body wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Excellence: Perform thorough cleanings, scaling, and root planing with a focus on patient comfort.

  • Diagnostic Support: Capture high-quality X-rays and assist the doctor in screenings for periodontal disease and oral cancer.

  • Prevention: Apply fluoride and sealants; administer local anesthesia (where permitted) to ensure a painless experience.

  • Education: Empower patients with customized home-care strategies and nutritional guidance.

  • Safety First: Maintain impeccable sterilization standards and accurate digital charting.

Who You Are:

  • Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH): Must hold a degree from an accredited Dental Hygiene program and a valid State License.

  • Certified Provider: Current CPR/BLS and Radiology certifications are required.

  • Patient-First Mentality: You possess a warm, professional chairside manner and a passion for patient education.

  • Detail Oriented: Strong manual dexterity and a keen eye for clinical excellence.
