What We’re Looking For:

· Housekeeping or environmental services experience preferred.
· High School Diploma or GED preferred.
· Ability to understand and follow instructions and safely use chemicals and disinfectants.
· Comfortable working in a healthcare setting with adherence to infection control, safety, and HIPAA requirements.
· Physically able to perform medium-duty work.

What You Will Do:
You will help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the hospital, ensuring our patients, visitors, and staff experience a well-kept and welcoming space every day.
· Clean and sanitize patient rooms, restrooms, offices, hallways, and other assigned areas.
· Maintain cleanliness to reduce cross-infection risks.
· Clean surfaces including walls, furniture, tile, fixtures, equipment, and other areas using appropriate cleaning solutions.
· Remove trash and waste; restock dispensers as needed.
· Notify supervisor regarding low supply levels or equipment malfunctions.
· Follow all safety guidelines and maintain safe work areas.
· Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform routine floor care including polishing and finishing.
· Operate mechanical and electrical cleaning equipment safely.
· Organize workload to complete all assigned tasks during the shift.
· Follow sanitation, disinfectant, and infection-control procedures.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
