professionals across Canada, supported by a national training infrastructure, lead
generation systems, and experienced leadership network. This is a fast-track entrepreneurial

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and develop your own agency by recruiting passionate, driven sales professionals
• Facilitate onboarding and comprehensive training for all new team members
• Maintain personal sales activity to lead by example and qualify for leadership overrides
• Create and execute a strategic agency growth plan aligned with company goals
• Provide consistent coaching on sales technique, compliance, and professional growth
• Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement within your agency
• Report agency performance metrics to regional leadership regularly
• Leverage company-provided leads, tools, and systems to maximize your agency's output
