The Role
We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Full-Time Pharmacist to join our Washington, PA team. This is a meaningful, hands-on clinical role in a collaborative environment where your work directly improves lives every day.
What You'll Do
- Verify, process, and dispense medication orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Supervise IV admixture preparation in our state-of-the-art sterile compounding room
- Conduct comprehensive medication regimen reviews for safety, interactions, and appropriateness
- Oversee medication inventory management and coordinate delivery staging
- Serve as a clinical resource for facility staff and healthcare providers via phone and email
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and patient care coordinators toward individualized patient outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License (RPh or PharmD) required
- Experience in long-term care, community, or institutional pharmacy strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IV compounding and USP standards a plus
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
