Accredited by The Joint Commission since 2001, we combine clinical excellence with state-of-the-art technology — including a USP-compliant sterile compounding suite, e-prescribing systems, and our own dedicated delivery fleet. Our pharmacists and care coordinators operate 24/7/365, partnering with physicians, nurses, and facilities to deliver individualized, outcome-driven patient care.

  • Supervise IV admixture preparation in our state-of-the-art sterile compounding room
  • Conduct comprehensive medication regimen reviews for safety, interactions, and appropriateness
  • Oversee medication inventory management and coordinate delivery staging
  • Serve as a clinical resource for facility staff and healthcare providers via phone and email
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and patient care coordinators toward individualized patient outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License (RPh or PharmD) required
  • Experience in long-term care, community, or institutional pharmacy strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with IV compounding and USP standards a plus
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail

Why Concept?

This isn't a chain pharmacy. You'll be part of a specialized, accredited team where pharmacists are valued clinical partners — not just dispensers. If you're looking for a role with real impact, clinical depth, and a team that's invested in doing things right, this is it.

Apply today and take the next step with one of Pennsylvania's most trusted long-term care pharmacies.
