Waldinger is hiring for a Construction Billing Specialist in our Omaha branch!
Job Summary:
Ensures the accurate and efficient completion of accounting and administrative support duties relative to assigned projects within the construction business line.

Responsibilities:
Project Accounting: Responsible for project accounting duties for assigned projects, including new job set up, job billings, change order processing, and overall job management.
Accounts Receivable: Performs frequent review of past due accounts and maintains timely collection efforts for all construction receivables. Follows Accounts Receivable process as required. Works with manager to identify receivables that qualify for external collection or lien efforts. Maintains notes on collection and retention status.
Accounts Payable: Primary contact for AP questions related to assigned projects. Processes Formal PO and Subcontract Invoices in the system.
Contract Management: Manages database of Contracts and Change Orders for assigned Construction Jobs.
Administrative Duties: Responsible for additional administrative and accounting duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Two or more years of accounting experience, construction industry experience preferred
- Associate's Degree preferred
