Seeking a full-time Real Property Administrator Lead in support of LOGCAP V. Join our team and grow with us as we provide best in-class services that help clients solve their most complex challenges.
Your Impact
Performs variety of Real Property Administrator work in coordination with the Engineering Section in support of the LOGCAP contract for Kwajalein Atoll. Works with the Engineering Manager in support of U.S. Army Garrison- Kwajalein Atoll Directorate of Public Works.
- Possess knowledge and experience in a wide range of Real Property Administrator assignments including reviewing facility guides, technical documents, blueprints, as built drawings, and archival information.
- Possess experience with independent problem-solving skills and collaborating with team members within the Engineering section and functional trade departments.
- Expertise may include but is not limited to all inspections that support facility improvement projects, and new construction.
- Administer and manage real property assets, ensuring their compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
- Maintain accurate records of real property inventory, including acquisition, utilization, and disposal.
- Ensure adherence to US Army regulations, real property policies, and federal guidelines concerning property management.
- Coordinate with relevant agencies and stakeholders for compliance inspections and audits.
- Support capital improvement projects related to real property, including planning and execution phases tailored to military requirements.
- Assist in the development of project scopes, budgets, and timelines for improvements or modifications to real estate assets.
- Conduct regular assessments of properties to evaluate condition and identify maintenance or improvement needs.
- Manage budgetary processes related to real property assets, ensuring sound financial practices in planning and execution.
- Oversee real property leases, contracts, and financial agreements to ensure compliance and fiscal responsibility.
- Utilize real property management systems, including IBM Maximo, to track and report on asset status, life-cycle performance, and compliance.
- Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on real property matters, project statuses, and regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate coordination between various stakeholders, including command staff, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Lead and participate in meetings and briefings to provide insights and updates regarding real property operations.

Required Qualifications
- Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs.
- Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date
- Must maintain a valid passport from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date. Passport must have a minimum of 6 blank pages prior to OCONUS mobilization.
- Must satisfy the USARPAC Force Health Protection Guidance medical requirements for INDOPACOM prior to OCONUS mobilization, must be able to maintain a Medically Qualified (MQ) rating on an annual basis.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be CAC eligible and able to gain and maintain authorized entry onto US military installations.

Additional Required Qualifications
- Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
- Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA) from the National Property Management Association (NPMA) is preferred.
- Minimum education level of an Associate’s Technical Degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field (a bachelor’s degree preferred).
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator’s License and host nation Driver’s License, is required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years with relevant work experience regarding project management and planning skills/planning tools skills, transportation network planning, airfield environment planning, the National Environmental Protection Act, community outreach, planning and zoning skills, Air Installations Compatible Use Zones program, Geographic Information Systems/Geo-base, and facility space management. Skillsets relevant to planners also include data analytics, visualization, and severe weather and climate resiliency.
- Must have knowledge and working experience with facility and infrastructure guidance to include Unified Facilities Code (UFC), Department of Defense Manuals, Army and US Army Corps of Engineers regulations.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to include a specific knowledge of technical military writing style and format.
- Must be able to work with military personnel, US Government officials and personnel from other firms/companies to meet client requirements.
