As an Associate Regional Director, you will focus on deepening relationships with existing RIAs and developing new relationships. You will partner with RIA Regional Directors in identifying and developing new sales opportunities within your territory(s). Your main objective will to promote and sell our world class suite of mutual funds, separately managed accounts, direct indexing, money funds and DCIO business to Financial Advisers.
We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.
Location(s): Charlotte, NC, or Milwaukee, WI
- Collaborate with sales management to provide valuable feedback and insights on industry trends and market demands, enabling us to better serve our RIA clients.
- Contribute to achieving top-tier market share at the territory level, focusing on our key Financial Advisers and products.
- Keep our clients up to date with the latest investment strategies and business management ideas, ensuring they have the best resources to succeed.
- Excel in specific asset classes, compete for a spot, and deliver flawless proposals that exceed expectations.
- Strengthen existing partnerships and expand client access by developing relationships with key Centers of Influence, increasing sales opportunities.
- Partner with your Regional Director in developing strategies to penetrate new markets and deepen existing relationships, ensuring our products remain highly competitive.
- Collaborate with home office platform investment strategy consultants and key accounts relationship managers to successfully implement strategies across internal and external distribution channels.
- Deliver world class virtual meeting experiences to your clients.
- Showcase your dedication to success by consistently upholding performance standards, actively working towards business unit objectives with integrity and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ plus years of sales experience or a combination of sales consulting and sales negotiation experience.
- Currently FINRA SIE and series 7 and 63 (or 66) licensed or successfully attain within first 6 months of employment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated success in leveraging data sources to help develop territory strategy.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
- Remain in stationary position for prolonged periods of time
- Operate computer programs and software
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats
- Day-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or public)
- Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions.

- Working knowledge within Wirehouse and Independent channels

Base Pay Range: $85,000 - $90,000
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
