This position is for a Summer or Fall 2026 Co-Op/Intern.

As a Manufacturing Operations Co-Op, you will work on real-world projects with hands-on, career-specific experiences in a manufacturing environment.

What You�ll Do:

  • Training in Safety, Manufacturing Processes, and Materials Flow
  • Skills Training in Forming, Welding, & Assembly
  • Participating in Continuous Improvement Projects & Kaizen Events
  • Leadership Training on Production Planning Visual Management Tools, and Lean Manufacturing

What You�ll Bring:

  • Current student enrolled in an accredited technical school/college/university pursuing a degree or certification in Engineering or Business
  • Highly motivated, positive attitude, and goal-oriented
  • Analytical skills, communication skills, and strong initiative
  • Strong interest in the automotive manufacturing industry is a plus
