Sales Associate Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide a professional and welcoming experience Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget Present and demonstrate vehicles, including features and benefits Conduct test drives and build value in the vehicle and dealership Follow up with internet leads, phone calls, and showroom traffic Make daily outbound calls and set appointments Work with sales managers to structure and close deals

Overcome objections and guide customers through the buying process Maintain accurate CRM notes, follow-ups, and customer communication Stay up to date on inventory, pricing, and promotions Deliver vehicles and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

Sales Associate Qualifications
