Victory Home Remodeling is now hiring for a Sales Representative. We are one of the newest home renovation companies in the North East. Our company embellishes its core values. We are accountable, we take ownership, we respect our customers and employees, and have a passion for teamwork. At VHR, our mission statement is to provide nothing less than the best customer service and consumer products on the market today. Our team has can-do, winning attitudes and is looking to grow and develop more representatives this season.

The sales representative is results-driven, and engages with new and existing customers to present and sell the company products. You will provide appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Our goal is to teach and train this individual Business Development and learn all about what Victory has to offer. This position has growth guaranteed. We believe in this person to learn every department, every task, and become well-rounded before we promote them into a different department or supervisor role. Leadership openings are not limited to our management team. It is something we encourage all of our team members to embrace and embody.

Key Responsibilities of Sales Representative:

-Present and promote Victory products using our presentation and knowledge to existing and prospective customers

-Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

-Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

-Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule; exceed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals

-Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

-Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

-Continuously improve through feedback
