Highland Hills Medical Associates seek a clinical professional to fill the position of an LPN or Medical Assistant in our clinic located inside the hospital. This is a full-time, weekday job with benefits.
Job Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Manager, the LPN or MA is responsible for performing all routine nursing care as directed by providers. The LPN or MA will combine clinical knowledge of administrative duties, coordinate functions of the Primary Care Clinic, assist the PAs, coordinate referrals, conduct phone nurse triage, and offer operational support. Assists with other duties necessary to the efficient functioning of the office, such as triage and diagnostic procedures. In addition, the LPN or MA ensures efficient services for the providers and quality service to the patients in adherence with expectations set by Highland Hills Medical Associates and Highland Hills Medical Center leadership.
Regulatory Requirements:
- License/Certification from an accredited nursing school or medical assistant program.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to plan, schedule, prioritize and complete multiple tasks and demands.
- Current BLS certification.
