DMI, LLC is seeking a HQ AV Deskside Technician provides Deskside Services at USMS Headquarters, delivering on-site support for immediate walk-up assistance during business hours. Specializes in audiovisual equipment setup, troubleshooting, and conference room technology maintenance to minimize business disruptions.

Required Skills & Certifications:

  • AV equipment setup and troubleshooting; Conference room technology (audio, displays); Hardware/software troubleshooting; ITSM tools (ServiceNow); Proactive AV inspections; Customer service

Background Requirements: Must possess or be eligible to obtain and successfully complete a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.

 

Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen
