We're hiring a Sr. Manager, Affiliate to own Blueprint's affiliate channel. The scope spans building the program infrastructure, recruiting and managing the partner portfolio, and ensuring every dollar of commission spend is tied to real, incremental revenue.

You'll report to the Sr. Director of Paid Media and work in close coordination with Paid Media on attribution and measurement. You'll oversee publisher placements, creator-commerce platforms, social commerce channels, and the tracking infrastructure that ties all of it together.
