Job Summary
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide daily support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, helping them live independently, safely, and meaningfully in their communities. This is a rewarding entry-level healthcare and human services role with paid training and growth opportunities. No prior experience required
Key Responsibilities
Support individuals with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and household routines
Assist with personal care, hygiene, and medication support according to training and care plans
Transport and accompany individuals to appointments, work, errands, and community activities
Encourage independence, social engagement, hobbies, and personal interests
Support individuals in learning life skills, job skills, and community participation
Complete habilitation activities and required documentation accurately and on time
Follow all health, safety, behavioral, and individual support plans
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
Reliable vehicle for transportation during shifts
Ability to pass required background checks
Ability to complete job-related training and certifications
No degree or prior experience required. Paid training is provided.

Hiring Bonus Details
$250 paid after 3 months of employment and all training completed
$500 paid after 6 months of employment
Schedule and Location
Full-time and part-time positions available
Available shifts include 3pm to 11pm,11 pm to 7am, and 11pm to 9am
Work occurs in residential homes and community-based settings
Pay and Compensation
Hourly pay range $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.
