To develop and implement sales plan /sales call in designed region.

  • Focus on developing direct selling customers.
  • Develop new business with existing and new customer; Develop and manage the distribution net of dealers.
  • To win orders and achieve sales target in designated region.
  • Technology to communicate with foreign technical team
  • Supporting the China Sales Manager to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Build up strong rapport with designed customers.
  • Meet annual internal orders and sales goals.
  • Maintain good communication with the technical team, timely feedback customer and market demand information, and assist in the development of new products.
  • Keep good daily customer visit records. 
  • Understand the trends and demand information of competitors and the development trends of various industries.

  • Collect sales payments on time.
  • Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilities, carry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance. 
  • Other tasks arranged by the superior.

 

  • Above 5 years’ sales experience in damping and shock absorption industry is preferred, the upstream and downstream industries are included as well
  • Experience of working with distribution channel /channel partner is required
  • Experience with handling OEM customer is required, and understand the process & requirement of OEM customer and end user
  • Good discipline and lay stress on punctuality is a must
  • Mechanical Degree
  • Ability to travel within China
