Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a supervisor role in a Manufacturing environment, or a related field, is required. 
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing team while fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills to resolve conflicts, prioritize tasks, and implement effective solutions under pressure.
• Experience driving Lean initiatives and embracing change to improve processes, efficiency, and team engagement.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and delivering top-tier quality standards.

• Able to read and interpret documents, such as safety procedures, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, technical specifications, drawings, and prints.

• Must have good math capability and ability to understand and utilize those skills to support decisions and actions necessary to meet objectives.

• Able to use and understand all Microsoft Office programs while having the ability to learn and use new software’s and computer programs.
