Navigator is seeking dedicated, passionate educators who are driven to impact the lives of traditionally underserved students. Teachers in Training receive valuable practical classroom experience, while receiving theoretical expertise through enrollment in a credentialing program (outside of Navigator). Teachers in Training are supported and coached in the Navigator model, will be prepared to transition to a classroom teacher role and deliver an exceptional educational experience to every child that walks through our doors. This role is a temporary full time position to cover for staff leaves.
