Residential Care Aide Job Summary
As a Residential Care Aide, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work under the supervision of licensed nursing staff to deliver personalized care, promote independence, and enhance the overall quality of life for our residents.
Residential Care Aide Responsibilities
• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and transfers
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including vital signs and medication administration
• Assist with administering medications and monitoring side effects
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Encourage and support resident independence, dignity, and autonomy
Residential Care Aide Requirements
• Training provided
• High school diploma or equivalent required
