Service Technician – Join Our New CDJR Team in Jackson, MS!

We’re launching our brand-new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram (CDJR) dealership in Jackson, Mississippi, and we’re looking for skilled Service Technicians to join our high-energy service department! What You’ll Do

As a Service Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping vehicles safe and reliable. Your key duties will include:

  • Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical and electrical issues on a wide range of vehicles.

  • Performing routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, and fluid checks.

  • Using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and fix problems.

  • Replacing worn or damaged parts, testing systems after repairs, and ensuring quality work on every vehicle.

  • Communicating with service advisors and customers about repair needs and timelines.

  • Maintaining accurate service records and keeping a clean, organized work environment.

 

What We’re Looking For

You’re a great fit for this role if you have:

  • A strong background in automotive service, diagnostics, and repair.

  • ASE certification or relevant manufacturer certifications (preferred).

  • Ability to use diagnostic tools, lift heavy parts safely, and work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

  • Professional communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
