Position Summary

Key Responsibility:
•To study product drawings, make specifications & validating the m/c, jigs & fixtures, do process setup.
•To prepare documents i.e., Process Control Sheet, PFMEA, Jig check sheets, QA-Network.
•Make detailed layout drawings using FLT/AutoCAD/Visio to make layout.
• Understand line quality using control charts & make action plan.
• Prepare Technical reports
Additinal requirement:
• Knows Process Technology of press-fitting, caulking, rivetting, screw tightening, air leak inspection, performance inspection, autornation & able to work with CFT for KPI improvement.
. Experienced in process design of mechanical parts, or line installation,achieving Quality & Quantity outputs of new production line/machine
