Summer Poolside Server
General Summary:
As a Poolside Server, you are responsible for providing our members with high-quality beverage and food service at our pool.
Responsibilities and Duties:

- Primary Duties
- Create a custom Member experience by delivering engaging, happy and upbeat hospitality.
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of the poolside menu, including daily features and specials, and knowledge of all various liquors, beer, and wines available at the Club.
- Create a great service experience by being attentive and timely in members needs for service and respond quickly to member needs.
- Also maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the pool area and other workstations
- Comply with all safety and health department procedures and state and federal liquor laws.
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Willingness to learn and adapt to varied and added responsibilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented with a priority on teamwork
Certification/Education and Experience:
- Food Handler Certificate
- TABC Certification
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Working Condition:
- There is a potential for stressful situations and for long hours.
- Evening and weekends shifts required.
- Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day as needed.
- Frequently work in a hot, humid, and noisy environment.
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position constantly communicates with members, guests, colleagues, and managers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Must remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
- Adjusting or moving objects up to 40 pounds in all directions.
- Frequently positions self to complete assigned tasks.
