Sales Coordinator: The Impact You’ll Have On The Organization and World

- You’ll provide valuable insights. Through data analysis and reporting, you’ll offer valuable insights that help us make informed decisions and strategies.
What Does a Typical Day Look Like? Here are your primary responsibilities:
Sales Support & Coordination
- Coordinate pricing in partnership with the sales team, including calculation, communication and SAP entry.
- Capture monthly raw material movements and communicate to the commercial team.
- Maintain and update internal systems with accurate sales and price data.
- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to align sales activities with company objectives.
- Assist in calculating any debit or credit coming from the commercial team for past order issues, pricing issues, material issues, or rebates.
- Set up any rebates or surcharges for customers as communicated by the team or organization.
- Proactively run reports and then price all atypical orders, where pricing does not automatically pull in based off standard pricing.
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for customer pricing inquiries, potential customer web inquiries, and pricing corrections on past customer orders.
- Support account managers in developing long-term client relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.
What is Needed to be Successful in this Role (Required Skills/Abilities):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of resins or chemical industry (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
