We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Customer Experience Associate to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing real-time assistance through live chat and messaging platforms.

This is a fully remote, non-phone position ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working in a flexible, digital environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat
  • Assist customers with questions related to products, services, orders, and account support
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and provide clear, accurate solutions
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic tone in all interactions
  • Document customer interactions and update records as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex concerns
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
