Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat
- Assist customers with questions related to products, services, orders, and account support
- Troubleshoot basic issues and provide clear, accurate solutions
- Maintain a positive and empathetic tone in all interactions
- Document customer interactions and update records as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex concerns
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
