Bartender
Pay: $12.00 per hour + tips & spiffs

Position Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, dependable Bartender to join our winery restaurant team. This role plays an important part in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests, many of whom are visiting the area. The ideal candidate is service-focused, adaptable, and enjoys working in a team-oriented, guest-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take guest orders and accurately enter them into the POS system

• Prepare and serve wine, beer, and cocktails with consistency and care

• Provide attentive and personable service to enhance the guest experience

• Stock and maintain the bar area throughout service

• Run food to guests as needed and support overall service flow

• Assist with cleaning duties, including bar upkeep and dishwashing when needed

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations

• Interest in wine and hospitality (experience is a plus but not required)
