PM Group have a requirement for a Project Director for a high profile Mission Critical Data Center project in Frankfurt.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with significant experience in the execution of large-scale Mission Critical / Data Center construction projects and the management of large multi-disciplinary construction teams. The role is client-facing and requires the ability to inspire confidence throughout all phases of construction execution.

We currently have a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor. The role will include all aspects of Quantity Surveying both pre and post contract across a variety of sectors. The successful candidate will be equally capable of working independently or as part of a larger team and will report directly to the managing surveyor. PM Group offers interesting and varied project experience in structured environment with appropriate training and support.
Responsibilities
- Overall Responsibility for the management of the Construction Project.
- Ensure that the Construction Service complies fully with PM Group systems and procedures.
- Overall management of project Construction Services personnel including the recruitment liaison, onboarding and on-site coordination.
- Lead construction projects on site as required.
- Provide leadership in the areas of Construction Health & Safety, Construction QA/QC, Constructability, Contracts/Commercial and Project Controls.
- Construction management of the General Contractor and Vendors
- Ownership on Quality, Time and Cost
- Work closely with PM Group Construction Services to enhance and develop the overall service delivery.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years' experience in the construction delivery of large-scale Mission Critical and/or Data Center projects and management of multi-disciplinary construction teams
- Bachelor or Master degree level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
- Additional Professional Qualifications in Project Management desirable; Electrical or mechanical engineering background is an advantage
- Proven track record in EHS Leadership
- Good knowledge of H&S statutory requirements and understanding contractual models and supply chain capability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
