Job Specification
To handle the arrangement of the shipments including liaising with Agent, Surveyor, Broker and the Ship-Owners
To ensure preparation for all necessary shipping documents for both internal and external parties
To communicate effectively within internal and external parties
To attend Owner/Brokers/Traders enquiries
To closely monitor and follow up of all shipping requirements
Responsible in maintaining vessel record and information of all shipping matters
Job Requirement
Preferably a degree in any maritime discipline or professional qualifications in shipping, transportation or any logistics and supply-chain discipline.
Preferably with at least minimum of 5 years’ experience in bulk shipment planning/operation activities and other logistics discipline.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external parties.
