Job Description

Must be available to work in the Rosemont office Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays 

 

 

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Assist leadership in making critical supply decisions as the Senior Supply Planner by analyzing demand forecasts and promotional plans to develop inventory supply plans, while compiling and evaluating data to identify trends, collaborating with distribution centers and suppliers, and managing software updates and system corrections to enhance decision-making and project management 
  • Act as a leader and mentor within the supply planning team, providing support and guidance to fellow planners and leaders to foster professional development and team cohesion 
  • Prepare key performance indicator (KPI) analyses and internal feedback for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making 
  • Synthesize key learnings from promotional and operational events to enhance team preparedness for future initiatives 
  • Lead presentations to the leadership team on topics such as team performance, process improvements, and cross-functional learnings, driving strategic alignment 
  • Identify reporting gaps and propose enhancements for Power BI tools to improve data visibility and usability for supply planning processes 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in JD Edwards (JDE) related supply planning processes and facilitate supply review meetings to support effective decision-making regarding capacity and inventory management 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 8 plus years of specific experience
