The Impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the team, this role is involved in a multitude of activities to support the Data Services Business Operations particularly in support of sales, client inquiries and client contact management. Enthusiasm, accountability for results, attention to detail, reliability and flexibility are key to the role's success.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Review and interpret client contracts to ensure accurate billing
  • Maintain billing records and produce monthly and ad hoc reports
  • Create and disseminate important client communications and notices
  • Create and present monthly KPI decks
  • Manage vendor contracts and oversee third party relationships to ensure deliverables are met
  • Define and implement new processes to drive efficiency across the business
  • Provide daily analytical, technical, and general support to clients
  • Support Enterprise Agile initiatives by ensuring quarterly key results are achieved using JIRA
  • Complete ad-hoc projects to improve operational efficiencies and support product development and packaging
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
  • Act as a liaison across multiple cross functional teams to support and continuously improve Data Service's client delivery and support experience

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Excellent command of verbal and written English
  • Strong billing and finance acumen
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, take both accountability and pride in work, and consistently meet deadlines
  • High level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneNote and outlook)
  • Experience partnering with cross functional stakeholders at various levels and engaging with external vendors
  • Excellent project planning and management skills including strong time management capabilities to execute across tight timeframes and shifting priorities
  • Proven experience working under pressure to tight deadlines while successfully managing competing projects, stakeholders and priorities (essential)
  • Ability to appropriately and constructively challenge team members when needed
  • Working knowledge of SalesForce to manage and track client inquiries (preferred)
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risk
  • Strong analytical skills, highly organized, with the ability to set priorities on demand
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking (essential)
  • Experience managing and leading others
